Abstract

Relations of Reciprocity is an audio-visual installation reflecting on the variable experiences of several generations of women in my family. The work consists of a series of sixteen portrait images on paper incorporating printed and
drawn elements (digital prints layered with dense drawing interventions) complemented with audio material based on fragments of conversations of six participants in the project, who discuss different life circumstances, personal experiences and challenges they faced.
